Here is a List of Collections in Your Language.  Of course, the QPL Central Library has one of the largest collections.

If you have a specific title in mind, you can use our online catalog and search by language. This will give you a list of copies available and where they are located. Of course, this is just for the Queens area. You must contact the Brooklyn Public Library or New York Public Library for locations in the other boroughs of New York City.
