You can find literacy rates for Bangladesh at these sites:

UNESCO Institute for Statistics - Click on Education, then Education, then Literacy, and finally Literacy Rate.  You will then see a table of Literacy Rates.  Just scroll down to Bangladesh.

CIA World Factbook - To the right of "The World Factbook," click the dropdown "Please Select a country to view" and choose Bangladesh.  Scroll down to topic "People and Society," then scroll down or search page for "Literacy."
