I need a couple of documents printed out. Does the library have remote printing?
or a print-on-demand service? When can I use the printers at the Library?
Answer
Yes. With our Remote Printing Service we can print out up to 20 pages per day for you.
You will be prompted to log into your account with your library card number (or username) and PIN.
Once you have signed in, you will be prompted to select your pickup location (Any of our Open Branches).
Then click the link that says “Click here to upload your document.”
Click “Select Files” to locate files you want to upload from your computer or mobile device. (Note: Files need to be stored locally on your computer or other device. They need to be in commonly available file format, such as .doc, .pdf, etc.)
Next, you will label your documents: Library Card Number in ‘First Name’ field and Last Name in ‘Last Name’ field.
Once you have successfully uploaded your files, you will receive a notification on One Drive.
You will then need to wait (up to 2 days) to be contacted by the branch that your print job is available for pick-up. (Documents will be held at branch for seven days, before being shredded.)
You need to bring ID in order to retrieve your print job. Your library card is an acceptable form of ID.
