Looking for preparation materials for Civil Service Exams? QPL provides access to a growing collection of over 1000 Study Guides, including Passbooks (published by National Learning Corporation). Additional study guides can be found in the search results for Civil Service Examinations.
Request them online for pickup at one of our Open Branches or call us to ask that we put one on Desk Request. If a circulating copy is not available, we may have a Reference Copy that can be used in the library.
E-Books- One can also find a number of Civil Service Exam books in E-Book format available through Libby and Overdrive. One can search by individual titles or by doing a general search under National Learning Cooperation. To access these E-books go to www.queenslibrary.org click on Books, Movies and More-scroll down to Digital Media-click on E-Books then under Overdrive click on Browse Titles. Enter the name of the exam guide, or search under National Learning Cooperation. Libby can be accessed by going to Libbyapp.com and doing a basic search.
