I want to add my phone number to my account and change my notification preference. Can I do this online?
Can I do this for email as well?

Yes. You will need to:
- Go to our website and login to your library account by clicking Login at top of page.
- Enter your library card number (or username) and PIN.
- Then click Login.
- Go back up to top of page and click My Account.
- Then click View Account Overview and then, under your name, click Edit Account.
- Scroll down on the page until you see email and/or phone number. You can change or add either of these.
- Further down, under Notification Preferences, choose either "Communicate with me by phone" or "Communicate with me by email."
- Final steps are to verify PIN and click Save.
These changes can be made by you online through your account. We cannot make the changes for you via phone or chat. However, all changes to your account can be made in person (including change of address) at any of our locations. Please remember to bring valid proof of identity.
