When I login to my library account, I seem to be logged in as another customer.

We are sorry you are experiencing this problem.  Over the long weekend (5/25-5/27) the library migrated to a new catalog system.  Your issue may be related to that and automatic login

  • You will need to logout, and then log back in.  

This problem was fixed.  However, if you are still having the same issue, please fill out this form: https://www.queenslibrary.org/about-us/contact-us/contact-us_c3 and provide as much information as you can, such as if you have automatic login, the type of device and browser you are using, error messages you may have received, etc.  Our IT Department will receive your message and contact you shortly.
