I have been having trouble accessing eMedia (Hoopla, Boundless, etc.), including PIN problems.

We are sorry you are experiencing problems accessing our eMedia.  Over the long weekend (5/25-5/27) the library migrated to a new catalog system.  Your issue may be related to that and automatic login.

  • Please logout and then log back in

If that doesn't work, try resetting your PIN:

  • Go to queenslibrary.org/reset-pin
  • Enter your library card number and email address
  • Click Reset PIN
  • You will receive an email instructing you to click on a link and you will be prompted to enter a new PIN.  

The email will be sent from CustomerService@queenslibrary.org with the Subject: Queens Public Library - PIN RESET.  [Check your SPAM folder, if not in your Inbox.]  

  • After successfully changing your PIN, try accessing our eMedia and enter your Queens Public Library card and new PIN to sign in.

Still can't get in?  Please fill out the following form to reach our IT Department:  https://www.queenslibrary.org/about-us/contact-us/contact-us_c3 and provide as much information as you can on the form such as the type of device and browser you are using, error messages you may have received, etc.  They will reach out to you shortly.
