All my requests say I'm #1 in the queue, but I know this isn't right.

How can I find the actual numbers?

We are sorry you are experiencing this problem.  Over the long weekend (5/25-5/27) the library migrated to a new catalog system.  Your issue may be related to that and automatic login.

  • Please logout and then log back in

If you ever want to check your queue, feel free to call us at 718-990-0714 to find out where you are in your requests.

This problem was fixed, but if you are still having the same issue, please fill out this form: https://www.queenslibrary.org/about-us/contact-us/contact-us_c3 and provide as much information as you can, such as if you have automatic login, the type of device and browser you are using, error messages you may have received, etc.  Our IT Department will receive your message and contact you shortly.
