All my requests say I'm #1 in the queue, but I know this isn't right.

How can I find the actual numbers?

We are sorry you are experiencing this problem.  Over the long weekend (5/25-5/27) the library migrated to a new catalog system.  Your issue may be related to that. 

  • If you have automatic login to the library, then it may be showing another customer's account.
  • You will need to logout, clear your cache, and then log back in.  Do not choose Auto Login for at least a week to make sure the problem has been resolved.

However, if you are logged in to your account, then you will see #1 in queue, even though you may be further down in the queue.  Our IT Department is aware of this issue and is working to find a solution.  In the meantime, please feel free to call us at 718-990-0714 to find out where you are in the queue for your requests.

If after a week, you are still having the same issue, please fill out this form: https://www.queenslibrary.org/about-us/contact-us/contact-us_c3 and provide as much information as you can, such as if you have automatic login, the type of device and browser you are using, error messages you may have received, etc.  Our IT Department will receive your message and contact you shortly.
