Renewing E-Cards
How Can I renew my e-card?
Answer
If a customer's Ecard has expired or will be expiring soon, please do the following:
1. Log into your account and click on the My Account tab.
2. Click on the View Account Overview link
3. Click on Edit Account
4. The link "Renew Library Card" should appear 30 days before expiration.
5. Click on the "Renew Library Card" link to proceed.
The customer will also get an email Subject Patron Expiration Reminder from CustomerService@queenslibrary.org. Out of State have to pay $50.00
If the customer has an issue, please let them use another browser or try another credit card. If they get an error message indicating the payment was declined, let them contact the customer service number at the back of their card for assistance. Overdrive has blocked access to expired Out of State patrons
