Why can't I access Boundless service to checkout e-materials using my Queens Library card?
On 12/8/25, Boundless services will be disabled. Patrons will have until December 15 to continue any active checkout; no new checkouts will be allowed. Assuming Boundless is shut down on December 15, the site and app will no longer be accessible; reading/listening will no longer be available after December 15.
