Can I access Libby/Overdrive during QPL's network outage?
If you are already logged in to Libby/Overdrive during the network outage you will have normal access to your holds and you can make requests. If you are not logged in to Libby/Overdrive during the network outage you will not be able to complete any circulation actions (borrowing titles, placing holds). If you cannot act during their 72-hour hold pickup window, the hold will become automatically suspended and you will not lose your place in the queue. Once you are able to log on to Libby/Overdrive you will be able to unsuspend your holds, and this will be good for one year.
